Questions & Answers
Who should hire the Poop Police?
Professionals who don't have enough time
in their busy days as well as the "stay at home moms" who
just can't fit another chore into their schedule. It is perfect for
senior citizens and disabled pet owners who need assistance with this
chore.
The Poop Police is for everyone who cares about
the safety and well being of their pets and families. It is for anyone
who cares about the beauty and appearance of their lawns but just can't
keep up with the chore.
What do the Poop Police offer?
We offer reliable, professional service
at an affordable price without you having to be there. Our services
include weekly, bi-weekly and monthly scheduling.
What do I get?
A clean and healthy lawn free from poop
and the health hazards that come with it. Any and all noticeable abnormalities
in your dog feces will be brought to your attention immediately.
What are the health hazards?
Contrary to popular belief, dog feces can
take up to one year to break down. Dog feces are protein based and therefore
poisonous to your lawn. More importantly, it is a serious "health"
hazard.
Where does the poop go?
In compliance with DEP regulations we double
bag it and leave it in a designated garbage can . Other arrangements
are available and can be discussed prior to your service.
Do the Poop Police work all year round?
Yes. We work all year round with the exception
of most major holidays (New Year's, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter,
Fourth of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day). Heavy rain and/or snow
might set us back a day or two but we make sure the service is done
before any predicted bad weather or very soon after any surprise accumulation.
Can our dog be outside during the service?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with
most dogs; however there are some cases when a dog will not let us into
the yard. If you know your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes
apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean your yard, then we
will ask you to restrain or confine your dog. We will arrange a "meet
& greet" to ensure everyone's safety.
Is there a contract?
No. We bill monthly and you may start,
cancel or change your service at anytime.
